Welcome to our human resources matching platform and headhunting services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.
022. Service Subscription and Billing
- The Service includes various membership plans, such as talent search and job posting.
- Subscription methods depend on the plan settings, with automatic renewal on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled by the user.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time on the platform settings page; access will continue until the end of the current period.
033. Refunds and Fees
- Refund requests made within 7 days of payment (first-time subscription only) are eligible for a refund. Late requests will not be accepted.
- All payment processing fees are non-refundable.
044. Usage Guidelines
- Users guarantee that the information provided is complete and true, and are responsible for the information provided.
- Users shall not engage in illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming or infringing on others' privacy.
- The Service is for corporate or organizational use only; personal use for purely private purposes is prohibited.
055. Intellectual Property
The Service and its related content (including technology, interface, brand names, etc.) are owned by our company or licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
066. Suspension or Termination of Service
- If a user violates these terms, our company may immediately suspend their service access without refund.
- If our company discovers illegal activities, false information, or major improper use by a user, their account and service access may be terminated immediately.
077. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Our company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by your use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- The platform does not guarantee specific results from using the Service (e.g., successful matching, resume exposure).
088. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for exclusive jurisdiction.
099. Terms Modification
Our company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via platform announcement or Email; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
